Pricing the new Dell Latitude XFR D630 Ruggedized

Can anyone suggest a really rugged notebook? I have no idea where to begin, all I know is that it needs to be really protected - I work around a lot of dust that could get into the system. Anyone know the "toughest" ruggedized notebook out there? Price is no object as my boss is covering the cost of it for me...:)
